Getting ready to push against the walls of the box you’ve been calling your comfort zone? Gah! You have to decide where to start and then when you pick a point it’s still so overwhelming and you’re still alone while you do it.
We need support and we need it now, not once we’ve made our first steps and got our support structures in place.
Here’s what we can do now. Right now.
Support and and comfort zone stretches sent to you every two weeks in the form of Inching Along. When you need them they’re there and when it’s just too much, they’ll wait until you are ready.
Five reasons your life will be more interesting and still wondrously cozy.
1. Small Challenges, tiny, fun steps.
It’s like having your own one tiny thing prepared for you. You can do it whenever you want and stop whenever you want too.
2. A place to share.
Each time you finish a challenge you’ve got a place to share your results in the next issue. Because you’re experiences encourage others.
3. What I think of one book or podcast.
I love research, and you get the benefits of that quirk. You’ll get a basic overview of the piece and how useful I thought it was. Also, you want the page number or time stamp of the especially magnificent bits? Done.
4. Meet new people, when you want to.
You want to get to know other introverts/HSPs/shy people? Cool, while it’s not that easy in real life, here you can (but don’t have to) fill in a short (5 question) interview form and let our group know you want to connect.
5. You get to find out what’s coming to before anyone else.
I’ve got all kinds of things in the works, and you will find out first. You do want to be the first to know, don’t you?
